Tennis is a key element
In 2022, two brothers came together with a shared vision of positively impacting their community. They founded "2 Serve a Purpose," an organization dedicated to providing opportunities to those who might have limited options. We provide tennis clinics and pickleball clinics, collaborate with other teen-focused groups.
We collaborate with other incredible organizations, such as TeenTechSF, that are committed to equal access to tech for all teens because diversity fuels innovation.

About 2 Serve a Purpose
Our Mission
Bay Area Youth Tennis aims to introduce the sport of tennis to children aged 5 to 12 during the school year and summer. We have partnered with several organizations and are dedicated to introducing the sport to those who may not have the opportunity. This tennis initiative will operate at a couple of locations in Marin County to start, but we hope to grow the team over time. The clinics and lessons will be free of charge and will be taught by Tommy, Finn, and additional coaches.
Our Team
In 2022, two brothers from a tennis-loving family, Tommy Higgins (Founder) and Finn Higgins, launched 2 Serve a Purpose right here in Northern California. Fueled by their love of tennis, they envisioned using their shared passion for the sport to create new opportunities for juniors in our community.
